Order Cancellation Policy

SECTION ONE

Within the 2 hours when the order was placed, you could contact Factory Outlet Deals customer service via E-mail and cancel the order. After you get cancellation confirmation from us, the full refund will arrive to your address in 2 business days. 

SECTION TWO 

2 hours later, if we got the tracking number and confirmed shipment, the cancellation of the order will not be allowed. If you still want to cancel it, you can contact Factory Outlet Deals customer service by E-mail, we will contact shipping carrier to recall the item. The carrier will charge $12 for the recall and shipping cost depending on the distance. After the item is returned to the warehouse, we will issue the refund deducting the relevant fees. If we do not ship your item out, we will help you cancel the order and issue the full refund to your account.
